By accessing and using the MyOnlineGP platform ("Service"), operated by SozoDigicare Ltd, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
MyOnlineGP is an online telemedicine platform that facilitates remote medical consultations between patients and licensed General Practitioners (GPs) registered with the Irish Medical Council (IMC). The Service includes video consultations, prescription services, and medical certificate issuance.
The medical consultations provided through MyOnlineGP are for general health guidance and are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 999 (Ireland) or visit your nearest emergency department immediately. Our GPs may recommend in-person visits when clinically necessary.
To use MyOnlineGP, you must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent for minors). You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All GPs on MyOnlineGP are fully registered with the Irish Medical Council (IMC), hold valid practising certificates, and have been verified by our team. We continuously monitor and verify GP credentials to ensure patient safety.
GP consultations are charged at a fixed rate of €22 per session. Medical certificates are €20 each. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable once a consultation has commenced. Refunds may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Prescriptions and medical certificates issued through MyOnlineGP are legally valid in Ireland and are signed by IMC-registered GPs. The issuing GP retains full clinical discretion and may decline to issue a prescription or certificate if clinically inappropriate.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with GDPR, the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018, and our Privacy Policy. Health data is classified as special category data and is handled with the highest level of security and confidentiality. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
All consultations are subject to standard medical confidentiality. Your health information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law (e.g., mandatory reporting obligations, court orders).
MyOnlineGP and SozoDigicare Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific consultation or service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
